Founded in 2012 by the Ediaroglou family, Barbouni was born from a vision: to create a place that feels authentic, welcoming, and naturally connected to the sea and the Greek way of living. Over the years, it has grown into a beloved destination, where guests return not just for the food, but for the feeling of being at home, even when they are far from it.

One side of our family has been in the fruit and vegetable wholesale business for four generations, a legacy of quality and care we proudly carry forward at Barbouni. We source fresh produce directly from our family's fruit and vegetable business, embodying the true farm-to-table philosophy through ingredients we know, trust, and respect.
The other side of our family hails from the island of Kalymnos, where the rhythm of the sea and the values of hospitality have long shaped our way of life.
